Reserve your booth for the 1st Annual Music Business Expo! The thriving music scene in Athens, GA is jam packed with talent; just about everyone is in a band. But those bands need companies and services like yours to make it big! From luthiers to lawyers, from publicists to publishers, we are bringing together the whole spectrum of musician resources under one roof for this very special one-day event. The Music Expo will take place as part of the UGA Music Business Program’s end of the year “May Day” party. So in addition to our vendor booths, there will be live music on two stages throughout the day! We are expecting a large turnout, drawing both musicians and students interested in the music industry. All proceeds from the Expo will go toward the UGA Sports and Entertainment Law Society’s many community outreach programs, including the Protect Athens Music Conference and free legal clinics for musicians.

Why: To bring together musicians, students and businesses for mutual benefit! All proceeds benefit the student groups and their artist advocacy efforts.
How Much: Admission is free.
How much does it cost to rent a booth?
If you would like to rent a booth for promotional purposes, the cost is just $55 for the day.
If you plan on selling merchandise on site, the cost is $75.
Discounts are available for non-profits and student groups.
You can also include promotional items in the canvas totes given away to our first 300 attendees for just $20. Ask for our Sponsorship Benefits sheet for more branding and promotional opportunities.
Payment and signed rental contract are due by April 1.
What comes with the booth?
Booth space measures 6’x10’. The booth will include a table with black linen, two chairs and a trashcan. Access to power outlets and WiFi is available upon request on a limited basis.
Why rent a booth at the Expo?
This event offers a uniquely targeted audience of active musicians and music business professionals. This is a prime opportunity to promote your brand and your services, solicit volunteers, collect job applications, distribute information and network! How you decide to use your space is up to you.

Who will be attending this event?
We are expecting a turnout of about 500-700 attendees. Sunday, April 27 is the weekend of the Twilight bike race, so there will be thousands of visitors in Athens from all over the Southeast and beyond. Most of our attendees will likely be musicians and college students pursuing careers in the entertainment industry.
